Scarlett Liao has extensive work experience in the field of public relations and communications. Scarlett started their career at Edelman in 2006 as a Manager and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Public Affairs Manager for two years. Scarlett then moved to AstraZeneca in 2014 and held the position of Senior PR Manager until 2018, where they were responsible for strategic planning, issue management, brand communication, and internal communication. Since 2018, Scarlett has been working as the Public Relations Director at CStone Pharmaceuticals.
Scarlett Liao obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Nanjing University, where they attended from 2002 to 2006.
