Roepa Khoenkhoen

Roepa Khoenkhoen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at CSU Cleaning Services since June 2025, which is the largest cleaning organization in the Netherlands with 16,000 employees nationwide. Prior to this role, Roepa held the position of HR Business Partner at Restaurant Company Europe from September 2021 to June 2025, where the company operated 70 restaurants and cafes across the Netherlands. Roepa's earlier career includes serving as HR Manager for Ellis from November 2016 to July 2021, working within the Belgian hospitality concept that spans multiple countries. A sabbatical was taken from December 2015 to July 2016, after which Roepa worked as an HR Advisor at NS Stations from May 2010 to November 2015, managing HR for various food and retail business units. Roepa began the career at Servex BV, where the role involved personnel administration for several food service brands and franchises from November 1999 to May 2010.
