Alex has been working with companies in varying stages of growth for over thirty years. In this time, Alex has been able to successfully provide solutions for managing organizations through rapid growth and turn-around situations, as well as taking companies public and private. As CFO, Alex has developed the financial strategies for companies that have raised equity and debt financing; successfully renegotiated leases, licenses and letters of credit to improve operating cash flow and converted under-performing receivables to secured, collateralized notes. Alex’ extensive hands-on operational experience has allowed him to build business infrastructure for companies raising capital in public markets while improving their operational, financial and administrative processes.
