Jeff Underwood

Jeff Underwood has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and brand management. Jeff currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Sales & Marketing at CSW Industrials Inc. since May 2021. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President - Sales & Marketing at CSW Industrials Inc. from September 2018 to May 2021. Before joining CSW Industrials Inc., they worked at Goodman Manufacturing as Vice President - Marketing from August 2016 to August 2018. Jeff also held the positions of Director of Brand Management & Strategic Marketing from June 2015 to July 2016 and Daikin Brand Manager from May 2013 to July 2016 at Goodman Manufacturing. Earlier in their career, Jeff worked at Bain & Company as a Manager from October 2009 to May 2013 and at Charles River Associates as an Associate from June 2004 to July 2007.

Jeff Underwood earned a BA in Economics and Government from The University of Texas at Austin, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. Jeff later pursued an MBA in Marketing Management and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, completing it from 2007 to 2009.
