Johanna Gongora possesses over a decade of comprehensive experience in benefits and compensation management, having held various roles in multiple organizations. At CSW Industrials Inc., from June 2021 to December 2023, Johanna served as Benefits Manager and Sr. Benefits Specialist. Prior to this, Johanna was with Leedo Manufacturing Company as Sr. Compensation & Benefits Manager and Benefits Manager from September 2015 to June 2021. Additional experience includes positions as Benefits Manager and Benefits Specialist at ACProducts, Inc. between November 2012 and September 2015, as well as a role as Human Resources Coordinator at Armstrong World Industries - ACP for a brief period in early 2012. Johanna began a career in benefits as a Benefits Specialist at AccentCare from May 2011 to February 2012. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science degree in Management from Brookhaven College.
