Damien D'Anna

Damien D'Anna is an experienced real estate professional with a robust background in leasing, acquisitions, and sales, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate, Sales, and Leasing at CSX since June 2013. In this role, Damien has effectively led a team focused on increasing recurring revenue and has previously developed strategies for real estate acquisitions and sales, successfully negotiating various agreements. Prior to CSX, Damien held the position of VP of Real Estate and Public Affairs at Clear Channel Outdoor, where expertise in managing lease portfolios and coordinating efforts with legal and public relations teams was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.
