Kevin M. Halfacre

Kevin M. Halfacre is a seasoned human resources and operations leader with extensive experience in workforce management and talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager, HR Business Partner for Operations in the Midwest Region at CSX since September 2022, Kevin drives strategic initiatives while collaborating with Operations Leaders and HR centers of excellence. Previous roles include Training and Development Leader at Prolec Energy, HR Information Systems Manager for the U.S. Air Force, and multiple leadership positions in the U.S. Navy, where Kevin managed large teams and oversaw critical talent acquisition and training programs. Kevin holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Jacksonville University, and an Associate of Arts in Engineering from Santa Fe College.
