Matthew Korn

Matthew Korn, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Head of Investor Relations at CSX since December 2021. Prior to this role, Korn was the Senior Director of Investor Relations at ADP, where strategic messaging during COVID-19 market volatility was pivotal. Korn's career includes significant experience at Goldman Sachs as Vice President and Senior Analyst, leading the equity research team focused on North American Industrials and Basic Materials, and at Barclays, where leadership spanned multiple analyst roles within Canadian and US Industrials. Korn began a career in equity research at Lehman Brothers after earning an MBA in Finance from Duke University and a B.A. in Economics from William & Mary. Early career experiences include roles at Capital One Financial Corp., the American Enterprise Institute, and Arthur Andersen.
