Paul Bray, MSM, has extensive experience in claims management and eBusiness strategy within CSX, serving in various managerial and leadership roles since 2004. Currently, as the Business Lead for Claims Management, Paul is spearheading the redesign of the claims system to Salesforce. Previously, in roles such as Manager of Freight Claims Planning & Implementation, Paul streamlined auto-claims processes, developed tools for third-party invoice visibility, and utilized data visualization tools like Tableau for insightful reporting. Additionally, Paul managed marketing strategies for CSX’s electronic tools and was instrumental in enhancing customer support and satisfaction through various eBusiness initiatives. Paul holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of North Florida.
