Randy Marcus

Randy Marcus is the Resident Vice President of Government Affairs for Virginia at CSX, a position held since September 2015. Prior to this role, Randy served on the Board of Visitors at Radford University from January 2014 to June 2019, where appointments were made by Governors McDonnell and McAuliffe, including a tenure as Vice Rector. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of Governor Terry McAuliffe and as Chief of Staff in the Office of Governor Bob McDonnell, along with several leadership positions in political campaigns and government offices, such as Chief of Staff for Lieutenant Governor Bolling and Virginia State Director for Romney for President, Inc. Randy holds a BA in Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College, earned between 1996 and 2000.
