Spence Glotzbach currently serves as the Head of Procurement at CSX, overseeing a team responsible for managing strategic sourcing for over $5 billion in annual spend. With extensive experience in various leadership roles at CSX, Spence has directed domestic intermodal marketing, chemicals marketing, and procurement across multiple segments, contributing to significant revenue growth and efficiency improvements. Spence's early career included positions as a law clerk in administrative and real estate law, along with experience in the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Spence holds a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, an MBA from Florida State University - College of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics/Finance from Mercer University.
