Rob Niman, CFSP, has extensive experience in management and sales, currently serving as Branch Manager at C&T Design and Equipment since December 2014 and as Director of Young Adult & Youth Ministry at St. John's Lutheran Church since January 2013. Prior roles include Territory Sales Manager at Duncan Supply Company, Inc. from January 2013 to December 2014 and at AccuTemp Products from September 2002 to January 2013. Rob began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Valspar from 1998 to 2002. Educational achievements include a BFA in Visual Communication from American InterContinental University (2004-2006) and a BA in Theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary, along with studies at the Indiana Institute of Technology and Ivy Tech Community College from 1995 to 2001.
