Discover The CT Way. We won't just tell you we're outstanding. We'll show you what makes us stand out. Other management companies pride themselves on their "lean" approach. What that really means? They are frugal about your lifestyle in order to turn a buck.

We're different. We're here to make two things better: Our properties & your life.

Small things make a big difference and we've always understood that. In our humble beginnings as the owner/operator of a single property, we had a vision of giving more people great places to live. Though we've grown and expanded, that same vision is still our driving force.

Go ahead, have a great time. Great communities enjoy great times together, and we're here to help that happen. Come out for a sizzling outdoor barbeque, a pool party, or movie night under the stars. Meet fun-loving families at kids' face painting, or join us for a relaxing Bingo night. Whatever your idea of a good time, we've got something planned for you.

It's part of the CT lifestyle.

We're obsessed with making communities more awesome. From the front office to the very top levels of our administration. Your voice is heard. We respect your needs and are here to respond. If you have any issue big or small, we will always hear you out and do whatever we can to help.

If you tell us about it, we care. PERIOD. When you make a request or have a complaint, we take it very seriously. Whenever necessary, our team members bring your feedback to the highest levels of management, and we never hesitate to get on the phone to talk with you directly. Your voice is your power, and we're here to listen and respond.

Our leaders inspire us. They take our breath away. And they're changing the world, one property at a time.

There's a place for you with us. With us, it's personal. It's about elevating communities one property at a time. And that's BIG. Really big. It's why people love it here, and why you will, too.

We can't wait to welcome you.
