Joey Roane

Joey is a steadfast and excellence-driven professional with over 16 years of educational experience within the foreign, charter, and traditional public schools. His extensive background includes roles as a teacher, coach, developer, and turnaround school leader, and has a passion for studying the way in which teams of adults can perform at their highest level. He most recently served as a Director with Achievement First Public Charter Schools where he oversaw comprehensive professional development for over 55 school leaders across 35 schools in New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.

Joey holds a Master of Science in Education with concentrations in special education and adolescent learning.
