Rigoberto Perez

Rigoberto Perez is an experienced Plant Manager currently with CTA Acoustics, Inc. since October 2017, tasked with launching a new facility for the T1XX GM program and relocating production for FORD and FCA, while ensuring compliance with North American OEM requirements. Previously, from January 2004 to December 2016, Rigoberto served as Plant Manager at IAC Group, where responsibilities included developing and reviewing the fiscal year budget and establishing a long-term business plan, as well as improving monthly forecasts and annual budgets aligned with corporate strategies. Rigoberto holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial and IT Engineering from Universidad de las Américas Puebla, completed in 1987.
