Chuo-Han Hsieh (Vincent)

Chuo-Han Hsieh, also known as Vincent, has a diverse work experience. Chuo-Han started their career in 2009 as a Specialist at Taiwan M&A and PE Council, where they helped fund the first private equity-related council in Taiwan and organized a successful M&A forum.

In 2010, Vincent joined CTBC Bank, where they served as an Assistant Relationship Manager. Chuo-Han played a crucial role in raising a $333M syndication loan for E ink, a leading e-Paper manufacturer, and helped improve team productivity by accomplishing multiple industry reviews and reports in a short period.

Vincent then transitioned to Taiwan M&A and PE Council in 2012 as a Project Specialist. Chuo-Han conducted detailed research and created a book on private equity, including investment cases, industry insights, and global market analysis.

In 2013, Vincent worked as a Summer Intern at WestSummit Capital, gaining experience as an Investment Analyst.

From 2014 to 2017, Vincent joined TSMC, first as a Finance Associate in the Customer Credit Department, where they managed customer accounts and assessed credit risk based on financial reports. Chuo-Han later served as a Finance Associate in Financial Risk Management.

Returning to CTBC Bank in 2017, Vincent held various managerial roles in the Institutional Credit Risk and Policy & Management Departments. Chuo-Han conducted risk inspections, coordinated reorganization projects, and designed a successful banking simulation game, which became the formal training program for the Sales department.

Most recently, since 2022, Vincent has been an Assistant Vice President and Credit Officer at CTBC Bank Corp. (USA), showcasing their expertise in credit assessment and risk management.

Chuo-Han Hsieh (Vincent) pursued their education in a chronological manner. Starting in the year 2004, they attended National Taiwan University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business in the year 2008. Soon after, they decided to further their education and enrolled in the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 2012. There, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and majored in Finance with a minor in Accounting. This educational journey continued until 2014, marking the completion of their MBA program.
