Returning to CTBC Bank in 2017, Vincent held various managerial roles in the Institutional Credit Risk and Policy & Management Departments. Chuo-Han conducted risk inspections, coordinated reorganization projects, and designed a successful banking simulation game, which became the formal training program for the Sales department.

Most recently, since 2022, Vincent has been an Assistant Vice President and Credit Officer at CTBC Bank Corp. (USA), showcasing their expertise in credit assessment and risk management.
