(USA) since June 2017, Tim oversees a portfolio of over 20 credits in commercial and real estate sectors, ensuring credit quality and conducting thorough underwriting of commercial loans. Previously, Tim worked as a Credit Analyst at CTBC Bank Corp., where responsibilities included analyzing financial statements and providing credit recommendations. Prior experience includes a position as a Credit Analyst at WBD Inc., focusing on financial compilation, analysis, and SBA loan underwriting.
