Jeffrey Lateo

Jeffrey Lateo has extensive work experience in the field of IT operations and infrastructure. Jeffrey currently serves as the VP of IT Operations at CTBC Bank Philippines. Prior to this, they held the position of IT Operations Director at Cebu Pacific Air. Jeffrey also served as the Head of Infrastructure and Technical Support at PNB Savings Bank. Before that, they were the Head of Technology and Infrastructure (IT Operations) at Maybank, where they provided leadership and direction to the technology and infrastructure team. Jeffrey also served as the IT Admin Head at Maybank Philippines, responsible for managing the ServiceDesk and Technical Support Operations. Earlier in their career, Jeffrey worked as a Technology Manager at Rustan Coffee and as a Business/Operations Manager at AIM Corporate Solutions.

Jeffrey Lateo completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Engineering from Adamson University between 1987 and 1992. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as leadership, emotional intelligence, employee engagement, decision-making biases, time management, transparency in communication, and morning habits of high performers. These certifications were obtained in 2020.
