Angelica Madrigal

Angelica Madrigal started their work experience in 2001 as the Director of Human Resources at CHOC Children's Hospital of Orange County. In this role, they established the first formal HR department, collaborated with senior leadership to develop human capital strategies, and implemented policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance. Angelica also handled new hire orientations, administered HR data, and defended the company in unemployment claims and worker's compensation injuries. Angelica then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Roger's Gardens in 2004 and as a Human Resources Consultant at Full Time Solutions from 2005 to 2007. Angelica then became the Vice President of Human Resources at PCM, HOA Management & Property Management Services from 2007 to 2011. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources (Global) at CTC Global Corporation, where they are responsible for improving business performance, implementing staffing plans, and developing talent management strategies.

Angelica Madrigal has enrolled in the SHRM Certification Course at Chapman University and is currently working towards earning their SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) certification from SHRM. Angelica has also attended Orange Coast College, but the field of study and degree obtained are unknown.
