Alheen Mahmud

Alheen Mahmud is a Senior Analyst at CTC Technology & Energy, with previous experience as a Planner at Interstate Engineering Inc. and a Field Experience Practitioner at the MDP Program in Partnership with the Rural Tourism Development Network. Alheen also served as an Office Assistant at the New American Consortium for Wellness and Empowerment and as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. Alheen holds a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development Practice from Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Political Science, with a GIS Certificate from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
