Mark Prescott

Mark Prescott is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in solutions architecture and technology leadership. Currently serving as a Solutions Architect at CTECH Consulting Group Inc. since January 2022 and as Chief Technology Officer at Next Step TSP since November 2021, Mark has a proven track record of developing profitable solutions for VOIP and cloud-centric services. Prior roles include Solutions Architect at Longhurst Consulting and CTECH Consulting Group Inc., where responsibilities encompassed the implementation and training of new technologies, as well as providing customer service and support across various IT environments. Earlier experience as a Network Administrator at Catholic Family Service of Calgary involved system upgrades and maximizing budget allocations. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Calgary.
