Simone Albuquerque

Simone Albuquerque has extensive experience in human resources and communication, holding leadership roles in various global companies. Simone has experience in defining and implementing business-operating models, HR value propositions, culture/change management, talent development, and employee engagement. Simone has also managed HR due diligence processes, PMI transitions, organizational development, talent management, and succession planning. Simone has worked with senior leaders, coached executive teams, and facilitated team building activities. Additionally, they have experience in corporate strategy, organizational restructuring, downsizing, and international assignment programs.

Simone Albuquerque completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Simone later pursued further education by obtaining a degree in Business and Administration from Harvard University. Simone continued their education by completing a C Level Program in Business Administration and Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Currently, they are working towards a Mestrado in Gestão de Negócios at FIA Business School.
