Dan Welch

Dan Welch is a seasoned business owner with extensive experience in the tile, terrazzo, and epoxy trades, having started at Welch Tile & Marble Company in July 1989 and advancing to President. Welch also owns Welch Ventures LLC, focusing on commercial rental properties, and Dan & Doreen Welch Properties LLC, which manages residential rental properties. Participation in the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) as a board member and an executive committee role with the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation reflect a commitment to industry leadership. Additionally, Welch owned Michigan Recycled Stone from August 2011 to November 2019, contributing to sustainability in the building materials sector. Education culminated at Grant High School from 1975 to 1987.
