Elad Gross

Elad Gross has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Elad first worked as a Communication Simulator Developer at Ben Gurion University of the Negev in 2009, where they developed a simulator for traffic modulation in various topologies. From 2011 to 2013, Elad worked as a Developer at Marvell Israel Ltd., where they developed software packages for control communication devices. Elad then moved on to Websense, where they worked as a Software Engineer and Scrum Master from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, Elad became an R&D Team Leader at CG, a role they held until 2017. During this time, they worked on leading infrastructures and backend development. In 2017, Elad joined CTERA Networks as a Java Team Lead, where they focused on performance and automation. Lastly, Elad worked as the VP R&D at Callup starting in 2018.

Elad Gross holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a professional specialization as an RT Embedded Engineer at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2011. Elad also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they earned from 2006 to 2010. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, Agile Planet. Additionally, Elad has a certification in React.js Essential Training from LinkedIn, however, the date of acquisition is not provided.
