Elad Gross has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Elad first worked as a Communication Simulator Developer at Ben Gurion University of the Negev in 2009, where they developed a simulator for traffic modulation in various topologies. From 2011 to 2013, Elad worked as a Developer at Marvell Israel Ltd., where they developed software packages for control communication devices. Elad then moved on to Websense, where they worked as a Software Engineer and Scrum Master from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, Elad became an R&D Team Leader at CG, a role they held until 2017. During this time, they worked on leading infrastructures and backend development. In 2017, Elad joined CTERA Networks as a Java Team Lead, where they focused on performance and automation.
