Terry Pugh is a Project Scientist at CTI and Associates, Inc. since November 2016, following an extensive tenure as an Environmental Scientist at CDM Smith from October 2005 to November 2016. Terry has expertise in preparing Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) applications for multiple applicants in Regions 6 and 8, as well as reviewing HMGP applications on behalf of FEMA for Regions 6 and 7. Terry holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Policy and Management with a concentration in Sustainability from the American Public University System and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science, complemented by minors in Geology and Geography, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
