Derald Lo

Derald Lo currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at CTI BioPharma, a position held since January 2021, where the focus is on developing transformative novel therapies for patients with blood-related cancers. Derald has extensive experience in human resources, having spent over two decades at CTI BioPharma in various roles, including Sr. Director and Director of Human Resource Development, among others. Other professional experiences include HR roles at Boston Scientific and Immunex, as well as participating on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Compensation & Rewards Forum from 2011 to 2014. Derald holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and additional education from the University of Washington.
