Joe Mansfield

Joe Mansfield has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Joe started their career as a Northeast Oncology Regional Business Director at Astra Zeneca and MedImmune, Inc. Joe then joined UCB as a Business Director, where they managed a commercial team and played a key role in the re-creation and development of an oncology sales force. Joe also contributed to the development of new sales forecasting systems and sales analysis tools. Later, they became the UCB Sales Director and Eastern Director of Sales for the Inflammation Business Unit, leading a commercial team and achieving sales growth. At JAM Consulting LLC, Mansfield established the company to assist small emerging companies in launch preparations of specialty injectable products and worked as an advisor for NPS Pharmaceuticals. Joe then joined NPS Pharmaceuticals as the National Executive Director of Sales, responsible for building and leading sales forces focused on novel treatments for ultra rare diseases. Joe earned the prestigious NPS Presidents Award for the industry-leading launch of the company's first commercialized product. Mansfield then joined PTC Therapeutics, Inc. as Vice President Sales & Market Development, leading the U.S. team for launching a novel treatment for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. After that, they served as the Vice President Sales at BridgeBio. Currently, Mansfield is the VP US Sales and Sales Operations at CTI BioPharma, where they are involved in exciting projects.
