Wes also has experience at Garland Service Company as a Regional Sales representative, where they built relationships with clients all across the US and Canada and created quotes for PCB assembly tooling. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at CPI Office Products, managing a team of Account Managers and providing cost-saving solutions to clients. Additionally, Wes started their career as a Teacher and Coach at Irving ISD, where they worked for three years. Overall, Wes Martin has a strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership roles, and has gained expertise in various industries throughout their career.

Wes Martin's education history begins in 1993 when they graduated from Irving High School with a Diploma. From 1996 to 1997, they attended Hardin-Simmons University, where they pursued a general field of study. Following that, in 1997 to 1998, they enrolled in Dallas College, earning an A.A.S. degree in General studies. Eventually, they attended Ouachita Baptist University from 1998 to 2001, graduating with a B.S.E. degree in Biology/Biometrics.
