Marcella Gadson serves as the Director of Strategic Communications and Policy at CTIA since November 2020, having previously held the position of Manager, Communications and Policy. With a robust background at the Multicultural Media, Telecom and Internet Council (MMTC) from August 2010 to November 2020, Marcella authored various strategic documents and articles, acted as a subject matter expert on apprenticeship and workforce development, and managed communications as Director of Communications and Editor-in-Chief. Prior experience includes a role as Research Director at the Minority Media and Telecommunications Council from May 2008 to August 2010, where research studies focused on EEO, media diversity, and related topics. Marcella holds a degree in International Business and Legal Studies from Howard University and has a strong foundation in graphic design and communication strategy.
