Dave Warner

Dave Warner has extensive experience in business development and public relations, currently serving part-time in this capacity at CTL Engineering, Inc. since October 1994. Previously, Dave Warner held the position of President at both Washington Testing, Inc. from August 1972 to January 1985 and CTL Engineering, Inc. from 1969 to 1981. Educationally, Dave Warner earned a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Materials from The Ohio State University (1961-1964) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Physics, as well as completing Air Science training as a 2nd Lt. in the U.S. Air Force Reserve from Otterbein University (1952-1956). Early education includes Hilliards High School and Rome Elementary.
