Additionally, Khurram played a key role in expanding the call center's capacity from 50 to 150 seats in under two years. Earlier experience as Partner and Business Development Manager at Global Outsourcing Agency Corp. involved managing client relationships and driving revenue growth. Khurram's educational achievements include a Diploma in Pharmacy Tech from Ashworth College and a two-year college degree in Commerce/Accounting from PCC.
