Laine Linden has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. They began their career as a Glassware Processor at Tanox, Inc. in 2004 and later worked as a Process Development Associate at the same company. They then joined Introgen Therapeutics, Inc. as a Production Associate in 2008.

In 2009, Laine moved to VGX Pharmaceuticals, where they worked as a Process Scientist until 2010. They then joined Lonza as a Process Scientist and later became a Manufacturing Supervisor, holding both roles until 2016.

From 2016 to 2019, Laine worked at AMPAC Fine Chemicals as a Senior Process Engineer, managing a team and performing hydrogenations using palladium catalysts.

In 2019, Laine joined KBI Biopharma as a Senior MSAT Engineer until 2020.

They then moved to MD Anderson Cancer Center in 2020, initially working as a Senior Manager of Cell and Gene Therapy Manufacturing until 2021. In 2021, they became the Associate Director of Cell Therapy Manufacturing.

Currently, Laine is the Head of Technical Operations at CTMC, a joint venture between Resilience and MD Anderson Cancer Center, starting in 2022.

Laine Linden holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
