Jason Morris

Jason Morris is currently an advisor at the CTO Forum. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Retail Technology at Walmart from August 2011 to January 2021. Jason has also held the position of Senior Manager Technology Services at Walmart from January 2004 to August 2010. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of senior level technologists responsible for the design and creation of a SOA infrastructure and services. Jason also oversaw the technical design for multiple systems as well as leading a group of 25 technical experts in design reviews. In addition, they drove efforts to implement the first Hadoop instance at Walmart. Jason's experience and expertise in technology make him an invaluable asset to the CTO Forum.

Jason Morris has a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
