At Verizon, Radhika led software development teams that delivered systems and process in support of the FiOS network. Radhika helped leverage technology to propel forward the company's growth. With Verizon’s FiOS growth at unprecedented rates of 65% year over year, Radhika led the transformation program responsible for leveraging technology enablers to improve operating and capital efficiency, expand margins and improve cash flow. Radhika created an ultra-efficient back office by delivering breakthrough systems automation in the end-to-end service delivery processes. Radhika and their team partnered with the business and doubled the factory thru put and eliminated waste. This work resulted in on-time customer performance of 99 percent and reduced customer complaints by 71 percent. For these accomplishments, the president of the unit honored their with “Customer Experience Award”.

Radhika Venkatraman is a graduate of the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, where they earned their Executive Program in Blockchain Strategy. Radhika also holds two degrees in computer science from North Carolina State University, as well as a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay.
