Shankar Arumugavelu

Shankar Arumugavelu is an advisor at CTO Forum. Shankar has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Shankar has held various leadership positions at Verizon, including Senior Vice President and CIO of Verizon Telecom and Business, Senior Vice President and CIO of Verizon Wireless, and Executive Director of Verizon Data Services. Prior to joining Verizon, they were Director of GTE.

Shankar Arumugavelu has a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
