Zeeshan Sheikh is an advisor at the CTO Forum and a former VP and Chief Information Officer at Entergy. Sheikh has over 18 years of experience in leading computing and information technology strategic plans, policies, programs, and schedules for business and finance data processing, computer services, network communications, and management information services.
During their time at Entergy, Sheikh was responsible for leading the technology design, development, and deployment strategy for the company's grid modernization efforts, including customer engagement platforms, advanced metering, enterprise asset management, and state-of-the-art distribution automation functionality. Zeeshan also developed business cases for smart grid investment projects totaling nearly $2 billion and led cross-functional teams in deploying state-of-the-art tools and technology to improve Entergy's overall efficiencies and reduce operating costs.
Sheikh has a proven track record in advising senior management on strategic systems conversions and integrations in support of business goals and objectives. Zeeshan is an expert in their field and has been instrumental in modernizing Entergy's infrastructure and operations.
Zeeshan Sheikh attended JP Stevens High School and then went on to Rutgers University where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Business and Economics.
