Additional experience includes serving as General Manager and Divisional Financial Manager at Nampak, along with a role as Business Analyst and JD Edwards Implementer. Earlier in their career, Raymond held the position of Management Accountant at Kohler. Educational qualifications include a Management Development degree from The University of Manchester and a Certificate in Management and Technology from Henley Business School.
