D'Juan Burton

D'Juan Burton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and business development, currently serving as a Senior Manager at CTR Management Group, LLC since October 2022. With a strong background in workforce development and process improvement, D'Juan has provided strategic solutions to a range of federal, state, and commercial clients, including a significant project for the DoD/VA Vision Center of Excellence that involved launching a $15M education initiative. Previous roles include independent management consulting, Head of Human Resources at Smart1 Management Solutions, and Senior Management Consultant positions at E3 Federal Solutions and the Pentagon. D'Juan holds a Master of Public Administration from Strayer University and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland, in addition to a Bachelor of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate's degree from the Community College of the Air Force.
