Kaitlin Lemmo is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Compliance and MLRO for Ireland at Ctrl Alt since August 2025, Kaitlin previously held the position of Head of AML Ireland at Interactive Brokers from October 2020 to May 2025.
