Paul Schwendenman

Paul Schwendenman is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Head of Engineering at eFuse since July 2024 and working as a Software Engineer at CTRL FREQ since October 2023. Previously, Paul held the position of Senior Software Engineer at eFuse from April 2023 to September 2023, and at Upstart from January 2022 to February 2023. Paul began their software engineering career at Root as a Software Engineer from October 2020 to November 2021 and progressed through various roles at Pillar Technology from September 2015 to September 2020, ultimately achieving the title of Principal Software Developer. Earlier experience includes independent contracting at Olah Healthcare, a student researcher role at The Ohio State University, and an internship at Memorize.com. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University, earned in 2012.
