Peddireddy GangadharaReddy has a diverse work experience in the facilities management and electrical maintenance industry. Peddireddy started their career as a Technical Supervisor at AMPS Electrical facility Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2011, where they focused on electrical maintenance and ensuring the highest level of client and employee service. Peddireddy then joined JLL in 2014 as an Assistant Facility Manager, where they gained experience in facilities and electrical maintenance, administration, and infrastructure projects. Peddireddy continued to prioritize employee service and quality improvement. In 2019, they joined CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) as a Facilities Manager, responsible for overseeing a large built-up area and common facilities. Peddireddy then transitioned to EFS Facilities Services India Pvt. Ltd. in 2021 as an Assistant General Manager Operations, where they managed multiple sites and was responsible for engineering services. Currently, they are working at CtrlS Datacenters Ltd as a Data center manager for shift operations.

Peddireddy GangadharaReddy earned a Master's degree (M.Tech) in Power electronics and electrical drives from Dr.K.V.Subba Reddy Institute of Technology, Kurnool, from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
