Sriharsha Putta

SriHarsha Putta is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in cloud services, engineering, and service delivery. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Build Engineering - AI (GPU/TPU), HPC & General Purpose at CtrlS Datacenters since May 2025, SriHarsha previously held the role of Vice President at Cloud4C Services, overseeing service delivery for the Middle East region. Prior to that, SriHarsha was AVP and Head of the Cloud Business Unit at Sunera Technologies, responsible for the growth of public cloud and cybersecurity services. Additional roles at Mphasis included Director of Threat and Vulnerability Management and various managerial positions in infrastructure operations and delivery. SriHarsha's academic credentials include a Master's in Information Systems and AI and a Bachelor's in Computer Applications from Sri Venkateswara University, along with ongoing studies in Personal Finance Mastery.
