Mike Richardson

Mike Richardson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in business development and recruitment within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Business Development Specialist - Recruitment at CTS Complete Technical Services since April 2023, Mike focuses on sourcing candidates for various engineering, design, procurement, and construction roles. Prior to this, Mike worked as an Outside Sales Representative at Bonnie Plants, LLC from January 2015 to April 2023, engaging with clients and retailers across the southern United States to merchandise and sell garden plants. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Carpenter at CM Warren Construction from August 2013 to January 2015, where Mike contributed to carpentry projects for new construction. Mike holds a degree from the University of West Georgia, having attended from August 2009 to April 2013, and graduated from Eastside High School in May 2009.
