Kristina S.

Kristina S. has a strong background in finance and management. Kristina is currently the Chief Financial Officer at CTS Connected Technology Solutions since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner at KESC Consulting, LLC from 2016 with a focus on providing CFO services to small and mid-size businesses. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Director of Finance and HR at Focus Insite, where they were responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and human resources operations. Before that, they were the Vice President of Portfolio Management at Hatteras Funds from 2009 to 2016, leading hedge fund manager sourcing, research, and due diligence activities. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at AIP Mutual Funds from 2005 to 2009 and worked as a Compliance Officer at US Bancorp Fund Services from 2002 to 2005.

Kristina S. obtained a B.S. degree in Accounting from Winona State University. Kristina then pursued additional certifications including the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) from the CAIA Association in October 2013, and the Series 24, Series 63, and Series 7 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in December 2005, November 2005, and September 2005 respectively. Currently, they are attending the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, working towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
