Margrethe Szasz Wiiger is a seasoned professional in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Chief Health & Safety Officer and Executive Board Member at CTS Nordics AS since January 2023, Margrethe previously held significant roles at Consolis, including Global Head of HSE and Global HSE Specialist. Margrethe also founded the Australian Budo & Sports Academy and has held managerial positions in organizations such as RSL LIFECARE LIMITED, Allity Aged Care, and Bupa Aged Care Australia, focusing on compliance and continuous improvement in Work Health & Safety Management Systems. With a solid educational background, including a Master's in Business Management from Western Sydney University and a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Margrethe possesses a strong foundation in both practical and theoretical aspects of occupational health and safety.
