Filip Schelfhout is the Chief Executive Officer of CTS Nordics AS since April 2020. Prior to this role, Filip held the position of Managing Director at TPF-Ukraine from 2011 to August 2023, where Filip focused on engineering, consulting, and turnkey projects in the Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Energy sector. Before that, Filip served as CEO at ULogis Belgium in 2009 and at Immo Industry Group from 2004 to 2009.
