Dave Rodgers

Dave Rodgers is currently the Vice President of Global Engineering at CTS Corporation, where Dave leads the engineering efforts for automotive products. Prior to this role, Dave worked at Red 11 Technologies, LLC as the Founder and Principal Consultant, providing consulting services in the automotive, industrial, and off-highway sectors. Dave also served as the Vice President of Transportation Products at Power Solutions International, overseeing spark-ignited engine research and development for commercial vehicles. With experience at Ricardo as Head of North America Operations and various engineering roles at Navistar Inc., Dave has a strong background in sales, business development, and product management in the transportation industry. Dave holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
