Mike Byron

Mike Byron has extensive experience at CTS Corporation, contributing from January 2002 as an Engineering Co-Op to a Senior Program Manager role since May 2004. In the current position, Mike leads a global cross-functional team focused on developing accelerator pedal modules for Toyota and GM, ensuring projects meet timelines and budgetary constraints while successfully launching production lines across multiple countries, including the US, China, Mexico, and the Czech Republic. Previous roles include Project Engineer, where Mike managed the development of belt-tension and transmission position sensors, and Test Engineer, responsible for developing test specifications and schedules. Mike's background also includes a well-rounded engineering rotation program that spanned various engineering disciplines. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tri-State University in 2004.
