Rex Chang

Rex Chang has extensive work experience in the field of international tax. Rex started their career as an Associate at Andersen Tax in 2001 and later worked at KPMG as a Senior Associate in International Tax until 2004. From 2005 to 2010, they served as a Senior Manager in International Tax at EY, followed by a role as a Director at PwC from 2010 to 2016. In 2016, they joined BDO USA, LLP as a Senior Director in International Tax Services before moving on to Walgreens Boots Alliance as Director of U.S. International Tax. While at Walgreens, they successfully implemented international tax compliance processes and fostered a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation. In 2018, they became the Global Tax Leader at SAI Global, where they continued to excel until joining UPG Enterprises LLC as Director of Tax in 2022. Most recently, Rex Chang has taken on the role of Head of Global Tax at CTS Corporation starting in 2023.

Rex Chang's education history begins with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology that they obtained from The University of Kansas from 1991 to 1995. Rex then pursued further studies and earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a specialization in Law & Taxation Proficiency Certificate from Washburn University School of Law, attending from 1997 to 2000. Finally, they completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Tax Law/Taxation at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2000 to 2001.
