Suzanne Birsa

Suzanne Birsa currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Human Resources for Advanced Material Solutions at CTS Corporation, a position held since October 2024. In addition, Suzanne is a Founding Member of The People Collective, an exclusive community for executive-level People Leaders, where engagement and networking are prioritized. Prior to these roles, Suzanne held various significant positions, including Human Resources Executive at Providence Consulting, Inc., Global Vice President of Human Resources at Czarnowski Collective, and Vice President of Human Resources at Focal Point, LLC. Suzanne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Human Resources Management from the University of St. Francis, completing the degree in May 1991.
